The plaintiff claimed herniations, bulges, and a head injury from a two-car accident on the Garden State Parkway. After stipulating to liability, Jeanine focused on whether the plaintiff sustained a “permanent injury.” She argued that because the plaintiff’s treatment was conservative—primarily chiropractic care—and lasted roughly ten months, he did not sustain a permanent injury. The jury agreed after a three-day trial.
