In a consolidated action, two Plaintiffs alleged that they sustained permanent injuries when the vehicle operated by the Defendant attempted to pass the Plaintiffs’ vehicle on the left as Plaintiffs’ vehicle was making a left turn. After a 5 day trial, the jury returned a verdict finding that the deceased insured was not negligent and, thus, not liable.
