Plaintiff alleged permanent injuries to his neck and back with multiple diagnosed disc herniations, 2 series of pain management injections and recommendation for a 4 level cervical fusion surgery.
The jury returned a verdict of no cause of action finding that Plaintiff failed to prove a permanent injury. After a 4 day trial, the jury returned a defense verdict finding that Plaintiff failed to prove a permanency injury proximately caused by the motor vehicle accident.
