Defense Verdict for Philadelphia Partner Christopher Tinari

Philadelphia Partner, Christopher A. Tinari, Esquire, successfully defended a Church in a Philadelphia County lawsuit in which Plaintiff fell due to an alleged defect on the Church’s property.  Plaintiff tore ligaments in her ankle and foot and suffered bone spurs which necessitated two surgeries and a future ankle fusion surgery.  She was rendered disabled with permanent injuries.  The trial lasted five days.  The jury returned a defense verdict in favor of the Church.
