“From the very beginning, Mike demonstrated a deep understanding of both the legal landscape and the realities of modern nursing practice.”

“I had the privilege of working with Attorney Mike Badowski of Margolis Edelstein on a complex medical malpractice case involving several nurses. From the very beginning, Mike demonstrated a deep understanding of both the legal landscape and the realities of modern nursing practice. His approach was thoughtful, strategic, and above all, compassionate.

Mike took the time to truly listen—not only to the facts of the case, but to the concerns and emotional stress the nurses were facing. He advocated tirelessly on their behalf, treating each individual with respect and dignity throughout the process. His calm demeanor, clear communication, and thorough preparation made a difficult situation much more manageable.

Thanks to Mike’s expertise and dedication, the case was handled with professionalism and integrity, and the outcome was both fair and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Attorney Badowski to any healthcare professional in need of strong, ethical, and empathetic legal representation.”
