Sexual Harassment/Retaliation Suit in Western Pennsylvania

This case involved a sexual harassment and retaliation suit filed by a terminated employee of a recreation facilities operator. The fired Head Chef of a golf club contended he was terminated due to reports of alleged sexual harassment.
