Partner Christopher Tinari moderated, a panel on Wage and Hour Litigation Trends, at the Union League of Philadelphia. The panel included a retired federal magistrate judge who now maintains an active ADR practice, the Assistant District Director of the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, and a practicing labor attorney. The program, which was authored by Tinari, under the auspices of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS). The audience consisted of underwriters, brokers, claims professionals, corporate and private counsel, and business executives.
