Jennifer Coatsworth Serves as Course Planner and Moderator – PBI Civil Litigation Update 2025

Philadelphia partner Jennifer Coatsworth served as course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Civil Litigation Update 2025, a full-day CLE held on June 24, 2025. In addition to organizing the full-day curriculum, Jennifer moderated two panels, including sessions focused on recent procedural developments and key appellate decisions from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Superior Court.

Jennifer Coatsworth has litigated hundreds of motor vehicle, dealer fraud and lemon law cases from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, violations of the Unfair Trade Practices Act, the Magnuson Moss Warranty Improvement Act, the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Lemon Laws, the New Vehicle Damage Disclosure Act and the Automotive Industry Trade Practices Act, driver privacy protection issues, odometer alteration and Truth in Lending matters. She also concentrates her practice on defense of real estate professionals and greek letter organizations.
