Philadelphia partner Jennifer Coatsworth presented “Litigation Update” at the annual Fraternal Law Conference, held November 6, 2025, at the Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati, Ohio. The program brought together attorneys and industry professionals from across the country to discuss current and emerging trends in fraternal law litigation.

Jennifer Coatsworth has litigated hundreds of motor vehicle, dealer fraud and lemon law cases from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, violations of the Unfair Trade Practices Act, the Magnuson Moss Warranty Improvement Act, the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Lemon Laws, the New Vehicle Damage Disclosure Act and the Automotive Industry Trade Practices Act, driver privacy protection issues, odometer alteration and Truth in Lending matters. She also concentrates her practice on defense of real estate professionals and greek letter organizations.
