Jen Coatsworth Moderated “Hot Topics in Civil Litigation” Hosted by Pennsylvania Bar Association

At the April 2026 PBA Civil Litigation Section Annual Retreat, Philadelphia partner Jen Coatsworth moderated a panel addressing timely and emerging issues in civil litigation, including developments in real estate, civil procedure, immigration, civil rights, employment law, and professional responsibility. Jen also served as a course planner for a companion program examining the differences between the state and federal constitutions, featuring members of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the federal judiciary.

Jennifer Coatsworth has litigated hundreds of motor vehicle, dealer fraud and lemon law cases from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, violations of the Unfair Trade Practices Act, the Magnuson Moss Warranty Improvement Act, the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Lemon Laws, the New Vehicle Damage Disclosure Act and the Automotive Industry Trade Practices Act, driver privacy protection issues, odometer alteration and Truth in Lending matters. She also concentrates her practice on defense of real estate professionals and greek letter organizations.
