Philadelphia partner Gerald Connor presented the session “Legal Ethics of Sports Law” as part of the National Business Institute’s live online program Top Legal Issues in Athlete Representation: Branding, Financial Planning, Contracts, and More on October 3, 2025. His presentation addressed conflicts of interest, fiduciary duties, confidentiality, and other ethical considerations when representing athletes.
