Philadelphia partner Kevin Monastra and associate Christopher Thagard obtained summary judgment in favor of the firm’s client in a premises liability matter pending in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
The plaintiff alleged she sustained injuries in a trip and fall incident purportedly occurring on the client’s property. The defense moved for summary judgment, arguing that the plaintiff failed to establish sufficient evidence proving that the fall occurred on the client’s premises. The court agreed and entered judgment in the client’s favor.
