On March 13, 2024, William Remphrey prevailed in a Philadelphia car accident matter. The trial court granted his Motion for Summary Judgment with Prejudice.
The matter involved an intersection auto accident wherein Plaintiff-passenger brought suit against the driver of the car Plaintiff was riding in, as well as the driver of the other vehicle who ran a stop sign and caused the accident. Plaintiff’s alleged injuries included cervical and lumbar sprain/strain, chronic ulnar nerve neuropathy in the right elbow, chronic carpal tunnel syndrome in the right wrist, post operative ulnar and median nerve release right extremity, clawing and deformity of the right fourth and fifth finger.
Earlier in the case, our attorneys prevailed at an initial arbitration hearing which resulted in 0% liability for the client. After Plaintiff appealed, our attorneys filed a Motion for Summary Judgment arguing that there was no evidence their client was negligent.
