Philadelphia partner Richard Ostriak obtained dismissal with prejudice in an auto accident matter where the insured driver allegedly ran a stop sign and was struck on the passenger side by the plaintiff. After plaintiff filed a Writ of Summons, Richard succeeded in demonstrating that the plaintiff failed to perfect service of the Writ.
