Margolis Edelstein is proud to announce that Labor & Employment Group Chair Christopher Tinari was honored as part of The Legal Intelligencer’s 2022 Professional Excellence Awards. Chris was honored with the Law Firm Mentors award.
The Professional Excellence Awards honor Pennsylvania law firms and attorneys who have made a significant, positive impact on the legal profession. Honorees will be recognized in special editorial sections and at an awards dinner planned for June 29, 2022, at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel.
While Chris certainly deserves congratulations for this achievement, this award also symbolizes a larger commitment that Margolis Edelstein has towards the development of new attorneys starting to build a practice. We are just as proud of the fact that our firm has identified and elevated several Associates to Partnership level over the last six years, and continues to hire and retain talented attorneys to build the firm’s future.
At all of our office locations, we have partners who are strongly invested in the retention of new attorneys, who care about teaching and mentoring attorneys so that career advancement is a foreseeable and attainable goal. We are also committed to increasing diversity within our firm. There is more we can and will do to build on the firm’s culture and make Margolis Edelstein a great place for attorneys who want to become leaders within the legal community.
