Nicholas Marchese

Nicholas Marchese is an Associate in the Labor and Employment group of the Philadelphia office. Before joining Margolis Edelstein, Nicholas worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, representing the Commonwealth in criminal cases at trial, advocating for crime victims, and negotiating plea agreements. Prior to beginning his career with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, Nicholas was a Certified Legal Intern for their office where he conducted preliminary hearings and helped prepare cases for trial. Nicholas earned his law degree from Delaware Law School. During his tenure there, he participated in the Judicial Externship program with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. He also worked as a law clerk for Progressive Business Publications where he reviewed discovery documents and conducted legal research as the company prepared for a case that went to federal trial. Before law school, Nicholas earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications Arts and Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University.
