Vincent J. Iozzi is a partner in the firm’s subrogation department. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for domestic and global insurance carriers and self-insureds in commercial and residential casualty losses involving a variety of fact patterns including fire, flood, environmental contamination, explosion, collapse, construction defect, product liability, transportation, utilities, motor vehicle, bailment, blasting, fraud, embezzlement, theft, professional liability, breach of contract, personal injury protection, med pay, vehicle defects, mass tort, class action, arson, electrical failure, liens, indemnification and contribution.

Mr. Iozzi also defends select insurance companies and businesses in significant personal injury and property damage claims involving product liability, premises, trucking and other casualty events. He also represents companies in commercial disputes including wage and hour, construction, government contracting, mechanic liens and payment and performance bonds. Mr. Iozzi’s transactional experience includes construction agreements, leases, sales agreements, bonds, liens, employment agreements, and other business contracts.

Mr. Iozzi graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He obtained his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and he is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable William W. Vogel of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Iozzi has litigated matters along the eastern United States, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida, as well as with the American Arbitration Association and Arbitration Forums, Inc.
