Stefanie Friedman is an associate in the firm’s casualty litigation department where she defends insured and self-insured entities in various litigation matters, including automobile and construction accidents and premises liability.
Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Stefanie worked as a prosecutor at Chester County’s District Attorney’s Office. During her time as prosecutor, Stefanie executed several bench and jury trials for an array of criminal actions and was responsible for approximately 100 cases each month.
Stefanie earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Kline School of Law at Drexel University. While in law school, Stefanie was a member of the Moot Court Board and Mock Trial Team, in which she won the Regional Championship in the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition and Capital City National Competition. Stefanie was also a participant in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project and Order of the Barristers Honor Society.
