Michael A. Henning is an Associate Attorney in the Philadelphia office, specializing in the casualty litigation department. Before joining Margolis Edelstein, Michael worked for a small criminal defense firm in Philadelphia where he represented a diverse group of clients in a variety of different aspects of criminal law. There, Michael was in court on a near daily basis, handling the entire life-cycle of his cases from charging to trial. Michael’s time in criminal court has provided him with a litany of practicable experience that he is excited to bring to the team at Margolis Edelstein.

Michael earned his J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where he both wrote and worked as an Associate Editor on the Environmental Law Journal. Prior to Villanova, Michael attended Pennsylvania State University where he majored in English and engaged in numerous extracurricular activities including tutoring, THON, and his fraternity.
