Jonathan Rose joined the firm’s casualty litigation department in 2021. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Jonathan practiced with a mid-sized regional firm in various practice areas, primarily products liability/toxic tort defense. He came to Philadelphia from a full-service law firm in Blair County, PA. Jonathan has experience handling matters in a broad range of practice areas from products/pharmaceutical litigation to family law to personal injury and contract matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has handled all stages of litigation from intake through argument before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Journalism.
In addition to his time as an active, practicing attorney, Jonathan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy M. Sullivan of the Blair County Court of Common Pleas where he had the opportunity to gain great insight into the judicial process from the bench. He is an active sports fan, skier, camper, hiker, and runner who was the first place Philadelphia Bar member finisher in the 2021 Philadelphia Bar Association 5k.
