Helene E. Episcopo is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice group in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of Margolis Edelstein. Her practice focuses on representing both public and private employers in litigation and arbitration involving all aspects of employment law, including cases based on discrimination of race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and age, as well as wrongful discharge, retaliation, hostile work environment, and breach of contract claims. Helene currently splits her time working from both the Delaware and Philadelphia offices.
Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Helene served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Calvin L. Scott, Jr. in the Superior Court of Delaware. Helene graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School. While at Delaware Law School Helene was Vice President/Ruby R. Vale Chairperson to the Moot Court Honor Society, and a Senior Staff Member to the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Eric M. Davis in the Superior Court of Delaware and was a member in the Randy J. Holland Workers Compensation Inn of Court.
Prior to law school, Helene graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in Natural Resource Management (B.S.), and Agriculture and Natural Resources (B.S.), with a minor in Resource Economics.
