Gabrielle Gesek is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice group in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office of Margolis Edelstein. Her practice focuses on representing both public and private employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, hostile work environment, and breach of contract claims.
Gabrielle graduated cum laude from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor of Drexel Law Review. While in law school, Gabrielle served as President of the Women’s Law Society and as a Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law. Gabrielle won the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Foundations of Legal Analysis and Lawyering Practice Seminar. She was also a Research Representative for LexisNexis.
Gabrielle worked as a summer Judicial Intern to the Honorable C. Darnell Jones II in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and she also worked as a law clerk for various Philadelphia law firms and pro bono organizations. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate Attorney, Gabrielle was part of Margolis Edelstein’s Summer Associate Program.
Gabrielle was recently named Associate Editor of the American Bar Association TYL magazine.
