Erich Schwabe is an Associate in the firm’s casualty litigation department where he defends insured and self-insured entities in various litigation matters, including automobile, construction accidents, and premises liability.
Prior to joining the firm as an Associate, Erich worked as a law clerk for a local firm located in Media, Pennsylvania. During his time as a law clerk, Erich assisted in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and other civil litigation matters.
Erich earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Boston University, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Erich also received the Leonard Levin Memorial Award and the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence.
When not practicing law, Erich plays and coaches ice hockey at local rinks in the Delaware County area. He is a certified USA Hockey Coach and currently serves as the assistant coach for the Penncrest High School Varsity Ice Hockey Team.
