ME Partner John A. Livingood, Jr. to addresses PADC on Post-Koken UM/UIM Issues
On December 15, 2009, John A. Livingood, Jr. will present a lecture at the monthly meeting of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel. The topic of the speech will be the defense of uninsured and underinsured motorist actions after the Koken decision, with a review of the various, often contradictory, procedural rules and decisions being issued by the courts. Mr. Livingood serves on the Executive Committee of the PADC.
