Philadelphia Partners Speak at Annual Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies Claims Summit
On April 2 and 3, 2008 Margolis Edelstein partners Michael P. McKenna, Andrew Gallogly and Glenn Ricketti addressed the attendees of the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies annual Claims Summit in Harrisburg attended by over two hundred industry professionals. Michael McKenna presented the Annual Litigation Update, Glenn Ricketti presented a summary of first and third party issues arising under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law (MVFRL) as well as a presentation addressing common casualty policy exclusions. Andrew Gallogly delivered a presentation on the subject of commercial liability policy exclusions.
