Our firm has had the privilege of representing numerous domestic and international companies involved in various aspects of the travel and tourism industry; these include tour operators, internet travel suppliers, travel agents, destination management companies, transportation companies, charter and scheduled airlines, ground service suppliers, and international resort owners. We service these clients in an advisory role with regard to commercial contract matters, compliance, and other issues. We are also actively involved in a wide range of litigated matters, including personal injury claims and consumer complaints, both within our geographic area and as coordinating counsel for certain clients on a nationwide basis.
