Practice Areas: Workers' Compensation
The defense of employers in workers' compensation matters is an integral part of our practice. This practice is directed by a partner in each office and is structured so that each attorney is assigned to specific judges, i.e., an attorney may have three or four judges on his or her 'diary' and he or she will practice before these particular judges exclusively. We have found this arrangement permits the attorney to become familiar with the judge and vice-versa.
