Margolis Edelstein Announces New Partners.
Margolis Edelstein announces two new partners who have merged their practices into the firm’s Pittsburgh branch: James W. Harvey, Esq. and Dianne S. Wainwright, Esq.
Ms. Wainwright had been a partner in a Pittsburgh based firm; her practice focus is in the defense of professionals including Accountants and Stockbrokers as well as Insurance Coverage matters and Construction/Surety issues. Ms. Wainwright is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson University (BA, 1986) and the University of Pittsburgh Law School (1990); she is commissioned through the ROTC and served with distinction in Desert Shield/Storm in 1991 as a Captain, earning several medals, including a Bronze Star.
Mr. Harvey, a graduate of University of Pittsburgh (BA, 1977) and the University of Pittsburgh Law School (JD, 1980), joins the firm from Safeco Insurance Company where he served as Managing Attorney for the company’s Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia based counsel. Mr. Harvey has managed and litigated Premises Liability, Transportation, Products Liability and Civil Rights cases throughout the three state region; he also served as Diversity Coordinator for Safeco in the Northeast region. Mr. Harvey’s practice currently focuses upon the defense of Insurance Agent’s Errors & Omissions and general defense litigation.
These recent additions follow the August, 2008 merger of the Law Offices of Gary J. Brascetta, Esq., into the New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania Margolis Healthcare Litigation Team.
