Zygmunt R. Bialkowski, Jr. is a partner in the Scranton office of Margolis Edelstein where his primary focus is in the area of litigation, as well as wills, estate planning and estate administration, and business/corporate matters.

Mr. Bialkowski has represented individuals, businesses, corporations and governmental bodies in a variety of litigation matters, including employment related matters (sexual harassment, race, national origin, disability and age discrimination cases, wrongful discharge, defamation, slander, and other state law and constitutional claims), civil rights, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, construction contracts, and toxic torts. His practice also includes representing insurance companies in bad faith, insurance coverage and uninsured/underinsured motorist matters.

Mr. Bialkowski has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Washington, D.C., a  Pennsylvania Supreme Court approved agency, since 1985.  He has achieved an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell representing the highest professional and ethical standards awarded by his peers.  Mr. Bialkowski is a mediator for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and is engaged regularly as a mediator or arbitrator by private parties.
