Michael P. McKenna has been a partner in Margolis Edelstein since 1983, and presently serves as the firm's Managing Partner.   Prior to becoming associated with Margolis Edelstein in 1982, Mr. McKenna was Assistant General Counsel for the Pennsylvania Manufacturer's Association Insurance Company. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Professional Liability Litigation, Insurance Litigation, Fire and Property Insurance and Subrogation, Insurance Contracts and Coverages, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Law.

Education:

Mr. McKenna received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from LaSalle College in 1972 and his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law in 1975.

Professional Memberships and Activities:

Michael McKenna has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar since 1975. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations, the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Defense Research Institute, and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
