Rebecca L. Stump is an associate in the General Liability Group at Margolis Edelstein where she represents clients in all aspects of automobile litigation and general litigation. Ms. Stump’s practice is concentrated in the defense of insureds in motor vehicle and premises liability cases. Ms. Stump also has experience in bad faith and first party property claims. Ms. Stump serves as an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Ms. Stump worked with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Litigation Unit of the Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section in Washington D.C. and gained insurance defense experience at a firm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
