Emery Mishky has been a Partner with the firm since 2004.
Mr. Mishky has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has substantial trial and litigation experience in handling tort, commercial and contract actions. Mr. Mishky has litigated matters in the product liability, malpractice, construction (defect and liability), employment, nursing home liability, and insurance fields. Mr. Mishky is a Rule 1:40 Arbitrator.
Mr. Mishky served as a Judicial Clerk to The Honorable Wilfred P. Diana, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He was a Supervising Trial Attorney for the Kemper Insurance Companies, where he was also responsible for audits, a member of the Computer Technology Committee, and taught in the Attorney Training Program. He also served on the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Association of Deaf-Blind, Inc.

California Polytechnic State University, at San Luis Obispo, B.S. in Mathematics and B.S. in Economics, with Honors, 1982.

Speaking Engagements and Presentations:
Mr. Mishky has presented seminars to industry groups, and insurance professionals, and attorneys, on the subjects of: product liability, pharmacist liability, settlement principles and techniques, New Jersey No Fault Law, economic loss/damages, experts, and discovery. Mr. Mishky published an article, a comment, and a case note, for the Pepperdine Law Review.
