Peter S. Cuddihy is a Partner in our South Jersey office. After serving a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Edward J. Toy, Judge of New Jersey Superior Court, Mr. Cuddihy joined the firm of McCarter & English, where his practice was concentrated in asbestos litigation. He joined the firm of Margolis Edelstein in 1991.
Education:
Mr. Cuddihy graduated, magna cum laude, from St. Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986 and is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit National Honor Society. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in 1989, where he served as a Student Bar Association Third Year Class President.

Mr. Cuddihy is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the state courts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court.
